OMG, i seem to have the same problem to, i cheerlead sing dance friends family and piano. You just got to Make certain things for certain times. Like write down what u have to do on your calendar, it makes me feeel more organized. Make sure before u go to schoool have all your work and clothes out and ready before u leave for the bus. Make sure you have everything for ur practices. and when you have free time practice everythuing, your cheerleading and singing and dancing...you can even sing while you dance! you can make plans with ur friends on weeekends...and some nights stay free to hang out with ur family. if this is too hard, you might consider taking a break on one of them.. but if u can stay really good at everything and studdy for your school grades you will be fine.

Actually, it can't be done. You're over-scheduled. And, as I suspected when I first read your question, you're still in middle school, because only a middle school student would wind up over-scheduled like this. Which is OK, because middle school is the best time to explore all of those wonderful activities. But something has to go, especially before you hit high school. Your grades MUST take priority in high school because they mean everything in terms of getting into the colleges of your choice.

Many bright and creative kids like you breeze along in elementary and middle school and think nothing of adding one activity after another because they are all so fun and interesting. But as school becomes harder, it suddenly starts to fall apart. So it's not you that is becoming disorganized; it's your schoolwork that is getting harder. And, yes, that schoolwork is not as fun as your activities, but you just gotta do it. It's not going to magically happen while you're practicing at the skate rink or the gym. Face the fact that you have to give up something in your schedule. You can still try to do that activity over the summer or for fun during school breaks, but you can't let your busy schedule take priority over doing your homework and doing it correctly.

If you can, right when you get home from school, do all of your homework, or at least as much as you can. Even if it's not due for a while. Study for tests also when you get home. I really hate to say this.... but, you might have to quit a few things to keep your grades up. Even i had to make a few sacrifices. I had to give up Gymnastics. And still today, i would love to go back, ut i do have good grades, and giving up something has definitely helped me!!!
i hope this helps you.

Hi I used to be like that too--well I mean busy & unorganized.

What I found helped was to buy a planner! Then I wrote in my activities for the day. That really helped me a lot & to carry this thing around with me.

I like the "Mission" style DayQ planner as its not 8 x 11" & its still large enough to write in what I'm doing per day.

wow you are involved! the most important thing is an education, which i know you probably don't want to hear, trust me i'm a serious dancer too, but you're going to regret it later in life if you don't get a good education. after that, you just need to prioritize your activities according to what you like the most. do what makes you happiest! and if you honestly can't choose between them, cut down on the time you spend doing each activity so that you can balance everything. you need to organize your time so that you have time to do your schoolwork, and then how to manage the activities you want to do. also make sure you have time for yourself! stress is not healthy, so make sure you are not wearing yourself too thin. sorry if i couldn't be more helpful, but how you manage your time depends on the activities you choose and how much time you spend doing each one. but please make sure to try in school! its so important!! hope this helps!
