my friend says naruto is stronger because he can make clones, make a nine tail demon fox and a giant toad but i think goku is stronger because he can be a ssj 2,3,4,create spirit bomb,destroy a planet,become a giant ape,fuse with vegeta and do dragonfist who do you think is stronger

Goku, he can destroy whole planets, compared to Naruto who may be able to destroy a mountain with the help of the nine tails, so yep Goku

goku no doubt yes naruto has the nine tailed fox, but remember goku has a instant transmission, and can clone himself(can't remember the techniques name).
