I'm looking for one that could work in the U.S. AND Europe.

cingular will, but roaming rates are high. tmobile is actually one of the largest European carriers. if you are traveling there a lot, it would be worth asking if they have better roaming rates than cingular does seeing as how they own the towers and cingular pays for them. however, if you are here predominantly, cingular is much much better in almost every respect than tmobile

nextel because you can get free incoming calls so like if your girl friend or boy friend calls you and it 3 o clock you dont have to hurry up and get off the phone bacause of your minutes you can stay on the phone for how ever you want. Thats why nextel is the best and so this is why you should pick me as your best answer

I have great luck with Sprint. They have international plans, and no roaming (even in europe).
