I used to. When I was a teen I was taller than all the boys in my class, so I learned to dance with my shoes off. Now that I'm adult and don't have that problem I learned it's safer with shoes ON. I don't get so many broken toes that way.

Sometimes, and sometimes not because it really depends on the type of song and the type of shoes. Like for example:
If i was slow dancing, and wearing high heels, i would really have to take my shoes off.

ex: If i was hip-hopping (lol) i would definitley take my high heels off so i can dance.

No, well at least I don't have to. It all depends on how good you are at dancing and how balanced you are. Some people can dance in heels other can't, it all depends.
