I am well-connected with the Disney organization and am not aware of any such program where teachers (in or out of the State of Florida) are offered free tickets. This is not to say there is no such program, but I highly doubt it and cannot find mention of it anywhere in their corporate communications (cast portal).
Are you talking about Disney's Teacher of the Year award?

Actually, teachers only get in the Seaworld of Florida for free and you don't have to be teacher of the year. You can go any time you want. But it's not Disney World, its seaworld.

No... Disney has military discounts but not teacher discounts. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels have pretty good teacher rates though. We have taken advantage of those several times.
