i don't hate men in general but i do hate the "gender role" that society has chosen for men. it is not natural to always be agressive. it is not natural to have to surpress emotions and sensitive side.. feminine characteristics make for great friends and great romance.. soft sweet emotional sensitive people are the best and i applaud and admire men that aren't afraid to show this side..
as far as your ex, well, if you just broke up, then you both need a cooling off period before you can try to be friends. emotions and anger are too strong. wait 4-6 months then call him after you have moved on..

I don't hate men, I just hate my ex too. My ex did the same thing and eventhough we lived right up the street from each other we never saw each other and when we did it was for sex. He always mad it feel like I was making him seem like the bad person and always had to get his friends opinion of every conversation or argument we go into to. There were other imperfections about him, but I'm getting mad. So right now I hate my ex, but I'm moving on though. It's time for you too.

I love men so much I would marry one tomorrow...but it's still illegal so I'd have to move to The Netherlands, which is a nice place, but I like where I'm at.

Naah, i don't hate men...I think some of them are real idiots, some are kinda ugly and hairy, and you certainly won't ever catch me getting 'biblical' with any of them. But i guess there are some pretty decent guys out there all in all!
