best entertainer: Probably Kennedy or Batista
best all around pro wrestler: Kennedy or Undertaker
I am judging based on: technical skills, Mic Skills, Character Development, and how over a character is with the fans.

Chris Benoit is unquestionably the best wrestler in the entire WWE (only Charlie Haas, Shelton Benjamin, and Bobby Lashley are even close to Benoit's league in terms of wrestling), and he's on SmackDown.

Chris Benoit. Sorely underused by the WWE. Here is a guy who was the Wrestlemania 20 champion who held the belt for six months and they have stuck him down as a mid carder at best. The guy has amazing talent, the crowd loves him, and Vince has stuck it up his backside.

Rey Mysterio, Undertaker, and Chris Benoit. They all were/are great champions and deserve to be in the hall of fame.
