Ask some one from Iran that question: They are Persians, not Arabs. There is a world of difference; culturally, linguistically and historically. The Persian civilization goes back many thousands of years before Arab kindgoms evolved from desert tribes.
There is a huge difference in what aspect of Islam they subscribe to as well.

NO !! Iran is Persian !! That would like calling a Korean a Japanese...

Iraq is a mix of Arabic and Kurd.

Both ARE primarly Islamic
