Big time. I have seriously almost been killed on the freeway twice this week by people on their cells while driving.

I try never to talk while driving, I pull over if I can, or just let the voice mail get it. I also hate when people just stroll around public places on their cells, like they simply can't be parted from them.

To me it's a tool, not a necessity. If I could avoid having one at all, I would.

Only when their trying to drive.
Some middle aged guy (in an SUV) almost ramed into the front of my car when I was turning left (no stop sign & he did). He was on his cell phone & called me a stupid teenager as he passed my car. I'm 18 and just got my no restrictions liscence.
I'm sorry but I think that as you get older you should still have to take the driving test, rather than just renewing.

very annoyed indeed! hate when the users are:
- little kids, girls that prettend to be busy chatting on the cell phone at age 12.
- people who talks to loud, to call for attention and stuff.
- people who can't let go of it, have a friend who even sleeps with her cell in one hand.

I'm annoyed by the users who do not put their phones on vibrate during a movie in the theater, even after the screen that says to put them on vibrate comes on.

I am totally!!!! My daughter has hers attached to her ear constantly, no matter where we are, people in the grocery stores gabbing away, on the phone driving,....what did they do before the cell, and actually had to wait to make a phone call..I am all for them in an emergency, but get real....no one needs to talk on the phone that much!!!!

Yes, the more liberties people have the ruder they become. When you are in line at the checkout or anywhere there are people behind you (and we are not waiting patiently) get off the phone and take your turn and go about your day so the rest of us can get on with ours. Sorry for the tantrum but it really is just rude.

I think that phones have a time and a place, and most of the users are rude. They should not have private conversations in public, they should put them on vibrate in public, and they should never drive while talking on one.........
