How to keep a webpage centered no matter how big the window is?

I am using GoLive CS2 and can not keep a webpage centered no matter how big i make the window. This site is a great example, the main body is in the center. and i really need to know how to do this.

With a fixed-width page like this one, the simplest way is to put all the content in a wrapper div and set left and right margins to auto. For example:
