what happen to them when u release them in to the air??? where do they normally end up???

they either get up high enough that they pop because of the pressure loss, or temperature spike, or they find an equilibrium position where it's cold enough that they shrivel up and sink until it gets warmer and they float back up. Either way, if it doesn't pop, the helium will eventually leak out of the balloon and it will sink to the ground.
