Check with an auto wrecker or salvage yard in your area.

i own a repair shop,and i usually find some good ones at salvage yards ,they get them in ,when they buy wrecked cars and trucks,i usually pay around 15 bucks for a real good one,and there easily worth that,if not you can look on e-bay or a dealer can still get you a new one for it,but they cost a lot through a dealer,id go to a junk yard or salvage yard first to see what i could find,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Try ebay; I understand there's a guy who's got all types of owner's manuals for sale (his prices aren't cheap, but at least he's got them in stock). Should cost you about twenty dollars plus shipping. Good luck!
