As the valley's boy said, there is a small mutli-storey car park in Westgate Street which runs along the front of the stadium but the street is often closed when there's a game on so you may not be able to get access unless you get in there early.

Best bet would be to use one of the other big car parks down by the Ice Rink and the CIA. I tend to use the one at the end of Charles Street as its a little quieter than the others on a Saturday.

theres a car park right opasit the stadium in wesgate street
from a caerphilly boy whos proud of the stadium . hope this helps

If you're going to a match, I wouldn't advise driving right into the centre of Cardiff - many of the roads will be closed and some of the parking will be reserved for buses. there are plenty of them in cardiff town centre, you wont be stuck to find one, sorry i couldnt be more specific, but rubbish at road names.
