I don't, I'm an Independent. I gave up years ago with the democratic party, which I was a part, to believing no party. Now I just concentrate on the people running and research them, party matters not. I want people who are going to think and not be a part of the herd mentality. What's best for most Americans and how can I accomplish what I was elected to do? We desperately need a viable third party.

Stupidity! It's an amazing how many people chose a party and follow it religiously (another whacked out subject) no matter what their stance on any subject is. Talk about a follower's mentality, I guess after so many years of television and it's commercial brainwashing power's that should be expected.

Because it gives people a sense of belonging. If one party is the majority, those who claim to be that party feel that they are in charge and feel that it gives them power to say to those who are not in their party "well you lost and we won". It is truly ridiculous.

Americans are (and shortly Canadians will be) dualistic in their political thinking. It's really good to keep spinning political rhetoric, pissing off generations of people over nothing.
