Why don't you save them on your yahoo bookmarks one by one. Download the yahoo toolbar is easier. Then when you set up your new computer, sign in to my yahoo, go to your bookmarks click on the sites and save them to your computer.

My Favorites is actually a folder under User home folder called "Favorites" , for example for user "Bart" you'll find it in and in order to move it into a computer with a new user account called "NewPerson"
C:\Documents and Settings\Bart\Favorites
copy the whole folder into the new computer (use a flash disk, a network share, compress the folder and email it or something !), over-write the one that you have on the new computer under the place of C:\Documents and Settings\NewPerson\Favorites and that would take care of it !

Right click on start | explore all users | + next to the user you log in as | + next to favorites | highlight them all | right click and copy
After you do this you may need to copy them to a jump drive or a folder that's shared on the network. Then to load them on the new computer you do the same exact steps except instead of copying you'll paste them into the favorites folder.
