I used to be very ticklish and absolutely hated it when anyone tickled me anywhere, my friends in school knew not to ever try or I wouldn't look at them for days! Fortunately now I am not ticklish on my feet anymore so I don't really mind as much, but no I do not like it. I don't like being touched at all, really.
