If it is in good conditions it is worth between $ 2000 and 5000.
The Fiat 125 Special had a very good an long lasting engine. I am surprise that there is no rust, so check around the fenders, look for bubbles or soft spots under the paint. Check under the car.
Start the engine, worm it up to the proper temperature, in neutral floor the gas pedal and check for blue smoke (do not pass the max revs line). No blu smoke means healthy engine.

Wow I had one of these in 1972 it was a fantastic car to find one rust free is amazing, I should think it must be worth from£1500-£2500 depending how much history it has with it.
