yes when you have taken as much abuse as you can handle,when the pain is so bad you can barley move but you know staring at that person in front of you will do it again and again,then you have reached that point when the next hit or kick will be their last and you have went from victim to criminal

Sometimes they were never the victim, maybe the truth just came out and you realized that they were the criminal all along...

Hmm...interesting question. I would say if the victim tries to seek a vendetta, or becomes vigilant maybe.

Whats deemed has unnecessary force or restraint. Reactions towards those who are supposed not to know better.
A fifteen year old throws a stone it hits you in the face you hold him to prevent his escape or further aggression. Your both arrested. Both released if you drop the charges

Reality :
It happens in those terrorist stucked areas.
Most Youths of that community are viewed as TERRORISTs by the ARMIES and the govt.
while those innocent YOUTHs are themselves VICTIMized by the TERRORISTs.
