First and foremost the 'one phone call' thing is not true. You can have as many phone calls as you need. But beyond that, I would call whatever phone numbers i could remember...talk to whoever answered.

I would call someone that cares and I tell them I got busted for having entirely to much fun. This will cause curiosity and they will use all means to get me out just to find out what really happened.

call the cops. And say, "these stupid people have me confused with someone else! I'm not Blah-blah-blah! If You don't let me out of here right now, I'll have my billionaire father sue all your a$$es for everything you've got!" and of course, none of it would be true, but it would work anyway.

I would call my mom.
Me: MOM!!!! Help me! I'm in jail! give the money for bail!!! please mommy!!!!! these people are mean!
Mom: what?!?!?! oh my little baby!!! why couldn't they take the other daughter??? I'll tell everyone! my little baby!!!!Their food is horrible! I'll bring your favorite pasta there and your bail money as soon as possible! okay,well,bye sweety! i love you!
Me: I love you too but I'll be VERY happy if I can get out of this dungeon!

my husband would bail me out, but if i couldn't get in touch with him i'd call a bail bondsman. i'd have to tell them why i was arrested? i guess i'd say i was set up or framed, cuz i'm INNOCENT!
