If you really want a spoiler in the Kyo and Tohru gets married in the last chapter of the manga while Yuki is with a girl from the student council called Machi. There's chemistry between Kureno and Uotani. Couples: Hatori & Mayuko, Rin & Haru, Arisa & Hiro , Kagura & Momiji, that sewing maid (sorry I forgot the name) & Ayame, Saki & Kazuma. That's all I can remember.

Ayame confesses his love to Mine.
I have a feeling Mayu-sensei and Hatori are romantically inclined.
Momiji doesn't get anyone, I don't think. But he can be with his little sister now!
I can't remember much else.... Besides Tohru and Kyo. XD
Yuki ends up with the blond girl in the Student Council, her name escapes me.
Haru and Rin, duh.
Ritsu and Shigure's editor like each other.

Ayame is still with Mine. (They got together before the series began)
Hatori is now with Mayu.
Kureno is with Arisa. (In the last chapter she's packing to move to the country with him.)
Saki doesn't get together with Kazuma but becomes his cleaner.
Shigure is still with Akito and in the interview after the last chapter Takaya writes about them getting married.
Haru stays with Rin.
Ritsu finally asks Mii out on a date and she says yes.
Momiji's dream is now to find a girlfriend better than Tohru so he can show her off when Tohru returns home. (Disapointingly Takaya seems to have completely given up on family and pushes the pairings instead.)
Kagura is happy single and prefers working.
Yuki gets together with Machi. (She hasn't got blonde hair, her hair is darker than Tohru's.)
Kyo obviously stays with Tohru and marries her. They have a son who then has a daughter.
