Me and my girldfriend hAD SEX 2/17/07, we used comdoms and they were lubricated with spermacide, she had her period on the 14th. The condom broken but nothing yet happened on my part if you know what i mean, what is the risk of pregnancy?

If you live in California your girlfriend has access to the MORNING AFTER PILL without a doctor's prescription. Contact your pharmacy and ask if they have a trained pharmacist available to dispense. YOU ONLY HAVE 72hour window. If not if California have your girlfriend call her doctor, or go to her nearest urgent care.

She was not ovulating yet and chance would be soooooooooooooooooooooooo slim!!!! Now 4 to 5 more days after period, I would have said precum could get her pregnant and it would have been close to ov. in middle of month, but that early, I'd say slim!!!!!!!

Anything is possible, but the chances are pretty low. If in doubt she could be pregnant, take a test.
