Hollywood.com did an interview with the tattoo artists and she aiid that Britney was fed up and really tired of the paparazzi and wanted people to leave her out. She also said that she hatd when people touch her and her hair
Spears, 25, reportedly followed the head-shaving incident by getting a tattoo.
It’s been a whirlwind week for the singer. On Tuesday, Hollywood.com’s That Other Blog posted a letter from Spears’ former assistant, Felicia Culotta, voicing, amongst other things, concern from herself and her former employer’s family (Click here to read Felicia's letter).
The following day, as first reported by news show Extra, Spears checked into a rehab facility in Antigua, only to check herself out 24 hours later.
Speculation and rumors have run rampant regarding the star’s lifestyle since splitting from Kevin Federline in November of last year.
Spears’ reported hard-partying ways immediately following her split from Federline were well-documented, as was her concurrent—and rumored short-lived—friendship with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, who has since entered rehab in California.
And on Friday, there was news of her two exes, Justin Timberlake and Federline, having struck up a friendship based in part on their ex in common.

Britney Spears is a celebrity. Celebrities do all sorts of strange things to stay in the public eye, especially if their real entertainment value is questionable. Consider Michael Jackson and all his plastic surgery. Now he looks like his sisters. Maybe Britney wants to look like Patrick Stewart.

The main reason britney shaved her head is a nervous breakdown caused by many things e.g:kevin federline(her bf),rehab and acahol

I don't think the rehab was the reason, I think she did it because she's Britney. She likes the attention and apparently nothing is too extreme.

Some people will do ANYTHING for that all-important attention they are seeking! I think that the girl has some serious "issues."
But, who cares? Her "career" has tanked, her marriage was a failure, she's not much on mothering, and she doesn't come across as being the brightest bulb in the marque! Why are people still obsessed with her? She needs help! Hope she gets it!
