I think you should be friends with her. It's a lesson of life to learn how to accept losses in life. And do not put in mind that you will lose this friend when you haven't even started being friends with her. By all means, you won't lose any friend. They may be in another part of the world, but with the advancement in communication technologies nowadays, it's actually very easy to continue your friendship. A true friendship can withstand the distance. Remember that.

Well, usually if a person is your best friend, they stay in touch with you after they have moved away. That is what best friends do. Are Jenny and Rachel staying in touch? Are you staying in touch with them? As far as Stacey is concerened, why not get to know her? at least you could maybe make some fond memories, whether she stays or not. People are always grownig and moving. Nothing stays the same, no matter how much you want it to. Just make friends when ever possible, because if you dont try, how will you make happy times? And why not have more than one friend to laugh with? Stacey is probably scared to start a new school, afraid she wont make any friends. Wouldnt you be scared? So why not try? You will always be growing and changing, even when you think you are all grown up. So the more friends you make, near or far, will only make your life a better place.

Life is about change. People will come and people will go. Don't let that stop you from being friends with someone. You cannot predict the future. You cannot control anything. Make the most of what is right now and live in the present and don't worry about the future. How old are you? You sound too young to be worrying like this. Even if Stacy does not move away, that does not mean you will be friends for life. Make friends and be happy and try not to worry about "what might happen." You should have many friends.

Hi King of, My name is Clowmy. Sorry a lady never gives her age or birthday and a gentleman should never ask.. I had some college but i never finish. I live in a little town of Olivehurst , Ca U.S. I thing if a person is in love with someone they should give an relationship a shot and see if both of you are the right ones for each other. How else are you going to tell? Friendship is a different kind of LOVE. A true friend will never tell your secrets to anyone. A friend will always be there for you. A Friend will help out any time you need them. A friend is there to stay.. LOL LOL.. A Friend. Clowmy

Well its good that you became friends with other people, and wasn't hung up over you other friend moving. If this new girl Stacy is nice, then you should become friends with her, and if your other friend visits, then you can introduce her to all of your friends, and maybe your friend has made other friends too. Its not a bad thing to make new friends, have you ever heard the saying, " Make new friends, but keep the old?" Follow that saying, and I know it is painful for a friend to move away, I have experienced it, but you need to conquer that fear, and be friends with her, because its not like she will be out of your life forever. So be Stacy's friend if you want, and be friends with whoever you want.

you can never have too many friends, never, i understand your heart cant take another loss, but for goodness sakes they didn't die!!!!!!!!they just moved, email, phone, write letters, and when you all are grown up you'll be glad you have themem had a best friend,we met in 4th grade, i went every where with her, to family birthday parties, family reunion, she was like a sister, but better, her family-accepted me as part of there family,we went to high school, well I'm now 46,and last year she passed away, her family had me sit where the family sits at the family,i thought that was very nice and it was very special to me,we talked every day sometimes 2or 3 times,we always said,"i love you", now i feel kinda like a piece of me died, but that isn't stopping me from making new friends, life would be very lonely and sad if i did that!!!!!!!!so go out make many friends, good luck and god bless

It is hard losing a friend at any stage in your life, but that is how life goes. If you become friends with her and she shold have to move away, just be thankful for the times you spent together. You can always stay in touch.

Well, go for it.... Not everyone are given the chance to have a new friend. I mean, move on... It's worth trying for... Btw, you don't have to be scared to try... If you really are friends, being apart won't matter... As long as you two give importance to each other and willing to communicate...
