I have a pair of plain white canvas shoes and i want to make them different.....any ideas???

Got to any craft store and buy ribbon to use as the laces. There are iron ons that work on shoes. Appliques and sequins. There should be a whole area in a craft store with ideas usually by the self decorate t shirts. I usually buy three different colors of ribbons and braid them together to use as laces. Rubber stamping works well get a stamp of kisses or hearts and stamp your shoes.

Um, you could draw on them with washable markers and when you get bored , but throw them in the washing machine! Or, for a more permanent idea, have friends sign them, or just doodle on em with sharpies. Or, you could glue or sew cute buttons on them! Just have fun , and they'll turn out okay!

you could try putting gems or studs on them. I ordered this things of the T'v its called gem magic you could check it out.
