PLEASE say it isn't so!!!! Did he say in an interview that he may leave the show after this season? I think that would the end of that show. No offense to Chris Noth.
I read in this weeks TV Guide that he told the producers that for this season (the 6th) he wanted Goren to experience real ranges of emotion. That much more of his past should be explored. To really get to the core of his life and we are going to meet his brother for the first time on Tuesday.

I hope this isn't true, I don't even bother watching when he's not on the show.
I have often wondered why such a talented actor lent himself to a television show, but, I am equally convinced that he is the reason its so successful.
I look forward to watching to see his true insecurities unfold. I would love to see another episode with his nemesis Nicole too!
I truly hope he will stay with the show.

I like him too, and hope he returns. Pretty sure I've heard that he's a major PIA to the cast and crew, however.

I haven't heard that he was leaving. and the tv guide article doesn't sound like he has any plans to leave.
