I have a music trip and my dad is visiting form canada (i see him 2 weeks every year in summer only)... the trip is really important and i promised i'd go in september... what do I do? there is no way 2 do both... he can't come either (policy)

Call him up soonest. It's in September so you should have lots of time. He'll understand and be happy his little girl is doing something that's important to her. You can arrange to see each other some other time. Good luck.
