I live in Toronto and in the summer me and my family want to go somewhere.
Choice #1 : flight from Toronto straight to L.A.
Choice#2 : from Toronto to Montréal to New Brunswick to Maine to New Hampsire to Massachusetts to Road Island to Connecticut to New York and then back to Toronto. (all by car)
Which one would me more enjoyable and have more things to do like shopping for example...or anything fun or interesting. If you have any other ideas please post them, although it has to be in the U.S.

If you do this during the winter, choice #1. If in the summer, Choice #2a I would change the route to Toronto to Montreal, to Quebec to New Brunswick to Nova Soctia, then my ferry to Maine, etc.

Yellowstone National Park.
It is the most beautiful- it's alive. The geysers, mountains, wildlife- truly awesome.
Go to Jackson, WY, borders the park, for shopping.
