U cant prove ghosts are there,u cant prove ghosts are not there also.what's your opinion?

For many years people and scientists have asked that same question and they still don't have a solid answer. You have movies such as "The Ghost Busters" and "Ghost" just as a few samples of what Hollywood believes to make money. Then you have the "investigators" such a TAPS on the Sci-fi channel and the "Ghost Hunters". In which you have to remind yourself if this is the "real thing" or is it another way just to make fame and fortune. Now I'm not saying "not to believe" in these shows this is for you to decide but in my opinion I believe there could be a different plane of "death' to where spirits are possibly trapped. They can't find the "spectural light" to where they might enter or maybe they refuse to do so, so they are in limbo not knowing where to go except for the place they remember before their death.Now I haven't seen a ghost myself although my daughter has in our historical house back in 1994 but I had not. I had seen the strange movements of different items in my home move or seemed to have moved but seeing an actual spirit I did not. So it's what you want to believe I guess.

There is much that I DO know that I cannot prove.
The world is full of unprovable facts, and yet we continue to believe that which we choose.
There are ghosts, and they can be proven, however there are risks.
I will take you to a sacred burial site where pig dogs will not tread.
For want of a better word, perhaps you will explain the icy feeling and fear that this place inspires in all creatures.

you cannot prove a negative. the burden of proof is on the proposition. There's no reason to believe in ghosts until some convincing evidence is adduced for their existence. You also can't disprove zeus or thor or the tooth fairy or santa claus or leprechauns or flying spaghetti monsters or god.

There is no convincing evidence for the existence of ghosts. It's paranormal bullcrap that is not accepted by any serious scientist. Although claims of paranormal activity may be dressed up in the language of science, they are emphatically not fairly categorized as falling within the domain of legitimate scientific inquiry.

Its a very good question & its true that nobody can prove ghosts are there,& nobody can't prove ghosts are not there also..it all depends how a person think about a particular thing..everything has two sides-one positive & one negative..so depending on person to person..how s/he is going to take it-positive or negative...if i give u a normal example..nobody has seen GOD..but they still have faith on GOD..& there are people who don't believe on it...in the same way..ghosts are also there..

Since I have seen a ghost, I have the evidence that I need to know they exist. It can't be measured by science yet, but someday they will have the capability.

The jury is still out as far as scientists are concerned. On the other hand, I've seen the verdict and they exist.

Ghosts or spirits whatever are real!! i have had so many experiences with them. Well its a long story, but i will tell you one when i was small. One night i was laying in bed and all of a sodden i saw the hallway glowing with a strange light. It looked like a light that i have never seen before. my door was only open a inch or so.i was so freaked out i couldn't move a muscle if i tried. I sat there frozen... Then i saw a tall man walk to my left just outside my door. I got more scared and i barley could take a breath!! The man was tall bald and very skinny. I barley slept that night. The next night i have totally forgot about the night before. When i recognized the light, i froze. This time my door was open like three inches. The light i saw looked like ''light bulbs'' flying across the hall going slow i was scared to death. the next night my door was open like an inch and a half. I have totally forgot about the light again. But this time.. the light faded and i told my whole family. THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE ME!! I was so mad!! after i told my family the light never came back. Now there is no mistaking that that was fake. I have never seen a light like that before... it was real for shure. i had many other times after that. But i saw a spirit with my parents... They screamed so loud, but i was used to it by now.

Whether or not you can 'prove' ghosts are real depends heavily on the type of haunting. Ghosts that don't know they're ghosts aren't aware they ever died. However, ghosts that DO know their physical body died do everything they can to show everyone they're there... that's why people have exorcisms performed on haunted houses and possessed children. "Proof" can be measured by what you see with your own eyes-- you either believe it, or you don't. But either way, it doesn't really matter; they're there, regardless of whether we think they are or not.

Ghosts are there in our imaginations. Those imaginations supported by **** and bull stories stay in our mind and they come back whenever certain incidents occur. Then we tend to believe that there are ghosts. No physical evidences can be given to the existence of ghosts. The existence of ghosts is related to the strength and weakness of our mind.

I grew up in an 130+ year old house that had weird things happen all the time. Really no explanantion for it, except spirits or ghosts. Several people that we know of died in the house.

Isn't gravity still a "theory"?
