Microsoft Word ususally has .DOT files that are templates. The Search below brings you to a site that has one immediately, it starts to open MS Word. You have to do it yourself.
It is possible with Windows 97, that you are so far behind, that you may not find an OLD template that will work with the version of Word you might have. So, here are some other sites too.
You can buy Business Card paper with instructions too, to use with MS Word.
Of course, the printer for Business Cards is usually not too expensive either. Call a couple in your area. The last site gets $35.00 for 1000 cards.
