Building a simple business website, I would advise you to look at others business sites for inspiration. Then you could create the website using Microsoft Frontpage and Macromedia Dreamweaver. Lastly, you could register a free domain at geocities.com.

if u want it to be a static site than search for a Bussiness template then edit that with web editor like DreamWeaver. or if u want it to be a Dynamic site u have learn some programming like PHP or ASP or JAVA. Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 has some pre-build sample site u could try them

There are hundreds of "free web site" sites. Go to one of those and create a web site using the visual editor provided.

You can also get a domain from Yahoo for $1.99 a year and use Microsoft Frontpage. I used MS Frontpage to build a website and it was pretty easy.
