Throw a really big party don't invite them and put all the rubbish in their garden see how they like that or move let them be someone elses problem thats what I did

Get in touch with the Environmental Health Department at your local council. Most councils (certainly in the UK) take these complaints very seriously, and will contact your neighbour regarding the complaint without letting on that it was you who made the complaint. Also covers your a*se if it goes to court (which it shouldn't).

Report them to your local council or housing association. If your there house is there home contact the Enviromental Health at your local council office.

well i wouldn't care about how much money they have, because if you're living next door to the "riff-raff" you are in the same neighborhood, which is probably a poorer area, which would make you riff-raff also, don't you think?
