My hubby and i have bad fights or very bad blow up involving him pushing me and then me pushing him back.We have both even spit at each other and slapped each other.In three cases the police were called in.Can a judge have acess to these records?

I was not arrested but he was . I am afraid this will look bad on both of us because i was being imature and kept continuing the fight.

Judges, Attorney's, and even the normal public generally have access to the records... you just have to know how & where to look. I don't know that the Judge would waste their own time looking for records... generally one of the spouses would bring it up on their own to attack the other spouse.

The judge really only knows whatever evidence that is provided... by any party.

If you weren't arrested why do you think it will make you look bad? maybe ask your legal counsel to pull it for you - so you can decide whether to enter it.... It would probably be in YOUR best interest since HE was charged with it.

The judge would have access to those records. However the attorneys are the one that present evidence in court and it would be stupid of either side to bring this to the judges attention.

The judge can have access if he knows about it. He can request the records if he knows about it and cares.

I'm sure he will. The lawyers on both sides will see to that. Domestic violence is one of the things they look at if there are any kids involved.
