yes there are many hotlines for people who are depressed or people who need help depending on which country you are from. you can check out the internet and type keyword in the search engine like 'depression helpline' and limit the result to just your country.

1-800-448-3000 USA national suicide and crisis hotline. They also deal with depression since suicide is usually the result of severe depression. I suffer from depression also. It isn't fun or easy, is it?
