Honestly, I think you should just name your baby with a name you like. Not trying to make it sound right with another sibling. Each child is their own person with their own personality. Let them have their individuality. As far as being popular, a really mean person can have a cool name, but that doesn't make them popular. I think the personality has more to do with being popular, not the name. I would go with a less-common/unique name.

I have to say I don't think her name will make her popular, her personality and looks will determine that more. Also, do remember not all kids want to be in the 'popular' crowd. I never wanted to have tons of friends and be popular, I wanted to have good friends, even if i only had a few. That's how I've spent all my life so far, with a small amount of really good friends, I think that's a pretty good life, and I'd be happy if my child followed that.
I think you should go with what names you like, not ones you think will make her popular.
If you want one to go with Kevin, you could go with a K name. Katherine, Keeley, Kellis or Kelly (my favourite of those).
Or you could go with a name with the same meaning, Kevin means Handsome/Beautiful. Girls names that mean Beautiful include: Bell, Caroline, Keely, Naomi, Kalli and Callie.
Or just pick a name that sounds good with it. I think Kevin and Michelle, Kevin and Christina or Kevin and Leanne all sound quite good.
All the information I got was from www.babynames.com. You can search by meaning or just by letter or name. I'd suggest having a look to see if there are any you like on there, because it's such a personal thing.

Names don't really affect people's popularity. They can affect their confidence level if they were given a weird name. Kimberly, Kasey, Kandice, Katrina, Katherine, Kristen are good names. The most popular people I know are, Sibylle, Myriam, Luma, Melanie, Alice, Rachel (2 of them), Sophie, and Hoai-Nam.

Children names don't define their status as being "cool" you could name your child Brunhilda and she may be the most beautiful creature ever... but the female name Kelian (Kelly-ann) is similar to Kevin.

first of all the name kevin is not a cool name. maybe you need to rethink this before you attempt a girl's name...just being honest...
