Before you all start reporting me, I AM NOT RACIST. I just want to know why, when a white guy attacks a black guy, it is considered to be a racial attack, but on the other foot it is not? I was mugged last year by a black youth, and it was never ever said that it was racial, but my neighbour had a fight with the same black youth was said to be racist?
Could someone please explain why this is so? (I live in the UK, so not too sure whether US is the same as this?) maybe let me know?

Becauase black people can't do hate crimes according to the liberal courts. Sad but true, especially so in the U.S.
Believe me I've taken reports where they yelled abusive racial things at white victims and it wasn't called a hate crime.
I was told to reclassify the report as a non-hate crime. I never had a real good reason why that was either.

Britain has gone pc mad, and everything is considered racist now if you are white. That is not a racist comment, i have many black and asian friends, who ALL agree with my comments. We've had load of chats about this sort of thing in the pub, but then we can talk about this as we see each other as friends and people rather that colours.

Most people tend to be racist because they have been shown racial remarks or stereotyped against by the other race sometime in their life.I have seen so much racism in prison it really makes me sick.We are all Americans and when this next war hits the states hard we better unite because it will be them,the middle east,against America.

I think it is because if you are a minority you get special things given to you like when you get assaulted and you are a minority it is a racial crime you know. Some black kid called me a redneck cracker but no one ever said that was racist until I called him a porch monkey then everyone was like Ohhh that's not right.

By mugged, do you mean you were robbed i.e. he took your money?,if so the motive for the crime was to get money, If the reason he attacked you was because he hated white girls, then it would be a racial attack.
Did he say anything racist during the attack?, did you? The difference is we can verbally abuse them because of their race, they cant do the same to us. You could use the N- word! on him, whats he gonna do, call you a limey?

Because whites are the one race it is impossible to be racist against because we are the bad guys of the world; that's the way it is these days. I personally say and do what I want to do. If someone doesn't like it, **** them.

this happens in the US too. i'm black, and i think its inexcusable. if a white person mugs a black person, or vise versa, how can you say its a racial attack? it might not be, who knows why people mug people! thats in the mind of the criminal.

i don't know either, but it's the same here in the US. me and my friends were attack by 3 black guys on the way home from a club and no one said anything about it being racism....but it clearly was.

Because many poor, uneducated people are often too quick to "play the race card" before examining all the facts. This happens often in the US, too.

Yes the U.S. is the same way.I don't understand it but white on black crime is racist and black on white crime is "social injustice"
