I have a 24 month old girl. What I did around that age was to buy fresh frozen veggies and grind them in a baby mill or you could use a food processor. These veggies tend to taste better and they still hold all the nutrients. I also made fresh sweet potatoes and mixed green veggies in with it kinda disguising the taste. I also understood that sometimes she just would not eat and that was ok too. As long as she is drinking fluids and staying healthy. She will eat when she is ready. Good Luck!!

Yes. In this age all babies are very poor in eating. My daughter also 13 months old, she too very poor in eatin. But daily we used to give 5 times a day. some days she is taking all food. But some days she is very bad. So it dependson their mood. But our pediatrician said try variety of foods and tasty foods daily. Don't avoid anything.

Give solid food. You can give anything she eats. For children there is no problem. But do not give milk then and there at odd hours. Fix time for food and give it. There should be sufficient interval between food. If you go for milkfood items, if you follow the preparation method you can find that it will be a costly affair. So go for your normal food at sufficient intervals.

alot of kids this age are picky eaters and when they do eat they just nibble and then forget it!

first off get some chewable vitamins-get some with her fav characters on the bottle(princess, pooh bear,nemo,etc...)so she will take them-since she is so young u should only give her 1/2 one chewable per day. this will give her her nutrition she needs to grow and develope...
now...some good foods to try-maybe youve already tried?dont know
bananas
goldfish
teddy grahams/reg graham crackers
chicken nuggets
frenchfries-not so healthy but most kids willeat the mess out of em!
hot dogs-cut up very small
honey buns
peas/carrots
ham
vienna sausages
cheese slices or string cheese

We went through this too with our daughter. I think some of it was teething and the other was trying her independence. Have you tried sweet potatoes or creamed corn? How about spaghetti? I could always seem to get her to eat those. Also, where is she eating at? We had to start setting our daughter at the table with us in a booster chair. I think she was tired of her highchair and just wanted to be with us at the table. Just keep trying...I think she will grow out of this stage.

Keep feeding her. She'll eat when she gets hungry.

Check with your doctor if she is underweight. If not, stop worrying. She is getting enough to eat.

And never ever make her a separate meal.
