I sent in a money order to buy a jersey from a basketball catolog about a week ago. I live in New York and I sent the order to California and I picked three-day shipping, its been a week and still no jersey. Should I be worried? If I don't get my jersey can I refund the money order?

I wouldn't worry yet. If you sent the money order to the company by regular mail it takes time to get your order and process it. You could call the company to be sure they received your payment but I'd still give it at least 2 weeks.

I'm not sure about refunding money orders. I think you can if it was a case of fraud.

Hopefully you kept the reciept from the money order. Give it a few more days then follow the instructions that are written on the money order reciept.I hope you still have the address you sent it to because, you might be screwed if you don't.

Contact the sender and make sure they did get the MO. If not, contact the company with the info on the reciept piece and ask them how to proceed about getting a refund.

You'll probably have a decent waiting period to make sure it isn't cashed.
