Yes, it is a fraud. No, you should NOT send the money. The lottery does not exist, the lawyer is a fake.
It is impossible to win a lottery if you did not buy a ticket. There is no such thing as an international lottery of email addresses.

It's definitely a fraud. You didn't win anything. If you had won the mega million lottery, why would they ask for any money from you? Besides, why would a company supposedly in Africa enroll you in their lottery and let you win? This is mind-bogglingly crazy. Definitely don't send the money, and if you gave them your bank account number you need to contact your bank and ask them to monitor your account (or see what your options are) and make sure that the people you gave the number to aren't able to take advantage of you any further.

Honestly i think that this is fruad. The main reason that i think it is fruad is becuase they gave you a layer to call. If this was a legitimate trasaction they would have told you to contact the layer and your own. And besides why is someone from africa giving away money? If they really wanted to do womething with there money they should give it to the people that really need it, not sayin that u dont need it, just sayin that there are people in Africa that can use it a whole lot more than you? Know what i mean. But to Reiterate, i think that this is FAKE!!!
