Because I really want to have a party with the theme..."Come As Your Fav Celebrity". But 2 of my friends want to be the same celeb as me!, Miley Cyrus. And I think that I should be Miley Cyrus because I the Birthday girl and it's my party. What do y'all think?

you should diffidently be Miley after all its your birthday you only turn 13 once! Your friend sound really annoying if they wont let you be the celeb you want .. its your birthday

You should totally have a birthday party! I always think you should have a birthday party no matter how old you are, celebrating it is important!
Well, sounds to me like you have a real dilemma. Three friends wanting to be Miley Cyrus? Who looks the most like Miley, without dyeing their hair or buying an outfit?
You can also write in some names of famous actresses and put it in a hat. Then, get everyone to pick just one person, and dress up as that person.
That way, no one will look the same or argue over how they wanted Audrey Hepburn instead of Hilary Duff. Something like that, you'll figure out. But, good luck and have fun!
