I Love Stars answer...
so very true... simple, and yet, simply hard to answer!
What am I hoping to have this year?...
First, I am hoping to lose something, about 25 lbs.
Then I am hoping to have a beautiful Spring and a better camera to take some really awesome pictures of the Dogwood Hills.
I hope to become a Special Olympics coach, and get my kids involved.
I hope to get a secret part-time job to earn just enough cash flow to take my family on a surprise vacation, and to be able to purchase a karate/kickbxing membership. (I really wanted that last year, but this year would be excellent!)
I hope for my kids grades to stay up, as all of them have A's right now....I hope for more activities to stretch their minds about their surroundings and place in this world.
I hope to pay off the vehicles, and business equipment, and to finally make my pond in the valley and build a road to the top of the hill, Oooooooohhh and grass in my front yard... that would be really nice!!
Hmmmm.... what else could a girl ask for?.....A wonderful soul awakening and thrilling year with my hubby in which we will act like teenagers that have just started dating.
A million and two kisses this year, two million hugs, and I am hoping to have peaceful wonderments in friendships that tease my brain and grow my thoughts.

I hesitate to say this, but I think hip-hop has all ready received it's Christmas present by Weezy getting 8 Grammy nominations. This would be totally different if it were the American Music Awards since those awards are voted on by the fans. The Grammys are much more stringent. It's a panel of people associated with the awards itself. It is really saying something that Weezy getting the most nominations. Obviously the jury's out on how many he'll win. Hip-Hop's New Year's Resolution should be a higher quality of music. I want more growth in the art form. I get tired of hearing the same stuff. Jeezy's latest CD is aptly named because he still rappin' about the same stuff from his 1st CD. Actually it should be called Regurgitation. Kanye's experiment is an example of what I'm looking for. I haven't heard it in its entirety, but don't be afraid of trying something else. I don't know about anyone else, but I get tired of hearing the same stuff. When Jay "retired" and then came back with Kingdom Come, I thought he should retire and come back every 3 years. That CD was great. It was different from his previous stuff. Growth people. That's what Hip Hop needs to do. GROW!

Well, I am thinking about the answer since yesterday. Your question seemed so simple but its so difficult to answer.
Happiness , peace, care & love for all, I am sure the entire world must be hoping. On the personal note.........hmm.................
..........hmmm............. well how about better time management, better people management & venturing into stuff I dont know much about or I have always been afraid of trying........all the good things of course. Yeah, that I can hope for. Reaching a higher level of growth.
