Asking that question here will only get you a lot of wild ideas and speculation. You really need to be consulting your insurance agent, your lawyer, and keeping records of all medical expenses, conversations with the lawyers (at least the notes since not everyone wants to be on recordings) At the very least, work on consulting with 3 or more law firms that handle this kind of work, preferably not all next to each other. This will allow you to get a better veiwpoint of the issues at hand, and allow you to "compete" a little when it comes to the point that you actually hire the law firm to do the dirty work of filing the lawsuits and damage claims. Remember that the insurance agent will probably not like to involve a lawyer in the initial proceedings, but keep saving all those notes!!
Good luck.

You could call it Renaissance Man or The Nameless Sky. This is a reflection of how life is now on both sides of the pond, which is sad but life is always tough but this seems to bring out the best in some people, and it shows in your work. The last four lines are brilliant, they capture so much they have to be read again and again. Lovely piece Beth.

Depends on the severity of the injuries, the amount of time your doctor says you have to be off of work, and the jurisdiction the accident happened in.
