I want to be a historian that specializes in ancient/medieval history and I want the name and website of the best college that would have classes for this major.

Depending on how far you want to go with it, here is a website that shows masters and doctorate degrees in history, just find the one element that you want to go with.

Most of the schools that offer doctorates in ancient history have the same professors that teach undergraduate. There are a lot of schools that teach medieval, just find the topic, and this website looks at other countries as well. good luck, and yay for studying history:) There are 31 schools that have programs in Medieval and that is at the broadest sense. Those are both in the US and Canada.
