I had mine 20 years ago. Any change is only psychological. Some men report negative effects because it damages their ego. Most men say their sex drive goes up because there is no worry about pregnancy.

Not having to worry, will usually result in better sex. Take it from a guy who is over 40!

I had a vasectomy done shortly after our second boy back around 7 years ago. I can tell you from personal experience that the proceedure is about 1/2 hr. and another 1/2 hr. to sit in recovery room afterwards. even with whatever they give you to numb the pain and feeling down there, you will still feel like someone is stretching / pulling on your genitiles. It's not a pleasant experience, but as far as effects on sexuality desire, well I was never one of those type guy's that wanted to bang evryone like a jack rabbit anyay...so it didn't change much for me, though it seems my wife mostly has to put an adult video in or something to help arouse me etc. I'm 34 now...

No it will not effect your performance or the feeling you have. You will still ejaculate just like before but only semen will come out and no sperm.By looking at it there is no way of telling that you ever had it done.
I had it done 8 years ago and never had a problem. It took about 30 minutes to do and a weekend to get over it.Went back to work Monday morning and haven't had any problems.

A vasectomy should have no physical side effects once you are recovered from the procedure. I have worked for a urologist for 15 years and have had no person come back with that complaint. Many have had that concern before hand though. Good health.

My husband had his 20 years ago. There has been no physical difference in performance. But oh the freedom that comes from not having to worry about an unwanted pregnancy, can you say unbridled passion. go for it!
