I honestly don't like Britney Spears: didn't like her songs, didn't like her clothes (you're a virgin... Right... So stop dressing up like a slut!), didn't like the fact that she used the media all the time, and then when she was in trouble found it SOOOOO difficult to cope with the paparazzi (I don't like paparazzi, but when you use the media all the time to get attention, don't blame them when they do it all the time).
BUT I don't think she did it for attention. I think she's just a bit ****** up these days.
By the way, she shouldn't have shaved her head: her cheeks are too plump for that! To give a counter-example, Nathalie Portman looked really good with a shaved head...
