No one has a belly button when they are born.
the belly button is what is left of the dried out umbilical cord.

no longer particular why you constrained this to easily ladies.....yet I digress. In a lady's womb there is her uterus, it is the position the child is. The placenta attaches itself to the aspect/lining of the uterus. The umbillical cord runs from the placent to the child's abodomen. at the same time as the child is born the cord is decrease, then trimmed down. ultimately the cord stump will fall off and the position the position it grow to be is the childs abdomen button. The moms abdomen button performs no position in this in any respect. And in a round about way certain the child "eats" besides the undeniable fact that the tummy button in the experience that the placenta, and the umbillical cord are the means in which the fetus obtains its nourishment, and oxygen.

The belly button is a scar left behind from where the umbilical cord attached, everyone is born with one but in some cases it might heal over and not be apparent/very faint, which might give the illusion of a non-exhistant belly button.

Well, all humans have an umbilical cord. It's natural place of attachment is the lower abdomen. Therefore, we all are born with a naval. Post birth this naval maybe removed or changed. Some surgeries change the navel.

All people are born with a belly button/naval.

Everybody has a bellybutton however, as in my case, some babies need blood transfusions after birth(jaundice, etc) and the best place is through the belly button. It has to be sewn up after the transfusion and cannot form into a normal bellybutton.

We all have the remnants of the umbilicus. The "belly button" is that remnant. Where did you ever get the idea people are born without one?

EVERYBODY HAS A BELLY BUTTON. THE ONLY REASON ONE WOULD NOT HAVE ONE IS BECAUSE IT WAS SURGICALLY REMOVED. THERE IS NO WAY UNLESS YOU WERE MADE IN A JAR THAT YOU COULD NOT HAVE A BELLY BUTTON.
