Nose surgery can help a lot if done by an experienced surgeon (besides building self confidence, it actually can improve breathing in case of septal deviation). However, it takes also a great sense for harmony, because, from a strictly aesthetically standpoint, Barbra Streisand looks more beautiful with her ... well ... specific nose than some plastic beauty with no individuality .
