i am a real good rugby player does any 1 have any tips on how i can play for the ospreys? or wales

We have regional rugby in Wales, so the Ospreys have lots of feeder clubs, eg Swansea and Neath that players tend to be drawn from. I don't know how old you are, but your best bet would probably be to talk to your coach or someone at a local club - look at the links on the WRU site: http://www.wru.co.uk/214_136.php. If you're as good as you think, someone will probably agree and sign you up!

If you are any good, you'll be scouted out by clubs, you won't have to post lame questions like this on here.
