I am two years older and met my than this girl. I am a guy but she doesnt stay here long enough to bug me about my piles on my desk or give me a hard time about anything.
she refuses help on things and often doesnt talk even though occasionally her outgoing personality comes out. She is just a 110% workaholic and full time student.

I lived in this house for 4 months before she approached my landlord about living in the unrented 2nd bedroom........ we met and decided that neither of us are crazy.
I am from another state so i am fairly willing to make more friends- but I cant tell if she genuinely just is too busy to get to know me or if there is a way i can meet her halfway.

try to respect her schedule...hmmm...did you just move in as roomates or did you get placed there...did you chose each other as roomates?
