Ben Gordan was a defiant lock, until he was inserted into the starting line-up, so it defiantly will be Leandro Barbosa. I would love though if David Lee won it, but it should go to the better 6th man on the better team, which is both Barbosa.

I like Barbosa the best. The other candidates are very good, but all have weaknesses. Barbosa also fills a key role with the Suns, if he were injured they would drop off more than most people imagine. His speed put so much pressure on the defense. He seems to play hard all the time. I know last year doesn't count, but I feel he really was the deciding factor against the Lakers, which shows his value to the team.
Ben Gordon: great offensive player/shooter, but a little erratic and somewhat one-dimensional.
David Lee- excellent player who will continue to get better. Isiah doesn't play him enough, he's on a losing team, and needs to develop a better outside shot.
Monta Ellis: his team is slumping and his production has dropped off too. Doesn't shoot the three very well (around 27 percent). Has fantastic moves, real fun to watch and should get better.

Many would say Ben Gordon but I am go with David Lee of the Knicks. He is averaging a double-double and has been solid all season for New York. I believe he will continue to play well and help puhs the Knicks into the playoffs.

I think the NBA 6th Man of the Year will be:
Learando Barbosa
He has the best chance win the award because he is having a fantastic season with 16.8 PPG,2.50 RBG, and 4.1 APG
Also from the bench he plays 31.8 MPG... More than some starters play!
Also in the running Ben Gordon will have a good chance again after winning it the last 2 years.

Without question, David Lee of the New York Knicks. The guy is a double-double machine off the bench plus hits key shots in the clutch.

Monta Ellis or David Lee. Either one should be the Sixth Man or the Most Improved Player. Take your pick

David Lee I mean the guy is a double double every game, and without him I don't think the knicks would be as good.

your forgetting stackhouse from the mavericks too...I wouldn't give it to lee I'd have to give it to barbosa since he is a solid player and somehow earns minutes on an explosively offensive team.
