He'd do it immediately if he could and he has already succeeded at destabilizing the world with his "Im' gonna git 'em" attitude.

I could go on and on about this, much of what i could say has already been said. The pro-bush guys know my arguement as do the Bushwackers. Quite simply, America will attack Iran about 3 monthes before the next presidential election. Support for a government of any nation always gets bolstered by a war, no matter how misguided that Government is.

To at least some degree the answer to your question depends on us, the people of this country, who have the power to get him out of office or at least stop him or slow him down if we would just take it.

1) Write your Senator and Congressperson and demand that they proceed to at least talk about impeaching Mr. G. W. Bush and co. for the lies they told us that led us into our current war(s) in Iraq and have cost us too many lives, too much treasure and has cost many in that country everything. Tell them that unless this is taken seriously you won't vote for them next time.

2) Become aware of what matters in politics. This starts with educating & informing yourself about what the real issues are. WAKE UP!!! The issues that matter are not whether your gay neighbors can get married or if we have the right to burn the US flag. The issues that matter are much more complicated and nuanced. Don't be distracted by the so called "culture wars" that divide us over meaningless "so-called" issues.

3) Unite with people who agree with you on the real issues. It doesn't matter if they are gay, punks, hicks, white, black or purple. If you know that we have no business invading another country without provocation (building the same weapons that we have had for over 50 years doesn't count), that everyone has a right to decent health care, that something is wrong if the rich are getting richer while the poor get poorer and that Bush is a spoiled rich boy who might send us back to the stone age if we let him then you can stand by me and demand a change.

Good luck and remember to fight the powers that be!

that is only achievable that Iran's oppressive government would have destabilized itself by ability of in seek of disagreement and nukes rather of feeding their own human beings. If we attack Iran that's going to be to take out their nukes. i think of if we we nuke Iran the Russians will whine yet which would be it.

Hopefully the USA will free Iran from their islamofascist dictatorship tomorrow. Dictatorships are stable. Democracies are not. I hate stability.

The answer lies in the hands of Iran.I do not believe we will invade Iran without overwhelming world support.
I also believe with the current rules of engagement that the US is being held back.We need another "shock and awe" wave to win in Iraq.We need to show them that we are not putting up with their crap and we will not allow a humanitarian crisis.

Islamist jihadists are destabilizing the world, and would do so regardless of the US response.
The first question is, who would we prefer to win?
The next question is, how can we help this to happen?
